MV Krait: Shot glass set

Handcrafted by Skyon SHOP:101023274

In 2017 the MV Krait, a wartime vessel best known for its pivotal role in Operation Jaywick, underwent extensive restoration. The original material that could not be salvaged has been sensitively repurposed into a range of commemorative products.

Locally made by Canberra craftsman Kevin Miller of Skyon, this unique shot glass set has been created from the hull and decking timbers of the MV Krait. Nestled within the original bolt holes of the timber, are two standard-sized (30mL) shot glasses - one for you and one for a friend. The shot glass paddle features a felted base and custom etching of the MV Krait.

Produced in a limited edition of 60, each set comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Dimensions: Paddle - 15.5 cm (l) x 8 cm (w) x 2.5 cm (h) / Shot glasses x 2 - 30mL
